Cynthia who exited the music industry after her contract with Jude Okoye's Northside inc expired in 2016, exited the industry and resurface in 2017, releasing a single which failed to chat, she exited again and resurfaced in 2018 but got off the scene again after releasing another single which failed to chat.
An interview she granted in 2018, she talked about a disagreement she had then with her former record label who she said wanted her to portray who she is not. She said they imposed on her to be daring, and gangster like but she complained she's not that kind of person. The red hair she always wore that time and the nose ring was said to be their idea.
She got fed up so as soon as her contract expired, she refused to renew it and decided to leave. But it seems she is not faring well alone as she has not been able to get her song to make wave all by herself.
