Tragedy occured when a Nigerian Man living in Greater Noida in India and believed to be mentally unstabled killed his baby and threw her down from the second floor of their apartment.

An officer confirmed that the couple Ozioma and Julie Declan were staying with their three month old daughter in Imperia Society Under Ecotech 3 Police Station Limits.

A Deputy Commissioner Of Police in Central Noida India said the information was received at the local police station about the fight between the Nigerian couple. A police team had immediately reached the spot where the wife narrated the whole incident. She told the police that her husband was mentally unstable and doing awkward things. She said he physically fought with her and smacked their daughter on the floor of the house, killing her instantly. He then threw the body out from the storey building.
